Green & Efficient ----- Innovation and Structure of Hospital Construction and Management Model

Preparation for Hospital Build China 2012 Exhibition & Congress and the 13th China Hospital Construction Forum is in the progress. As one of the series activities of the event, the 2nd China Hospital Construction Photographic Match also has been started. The match is organized by National Institute of Hospital Administration (NIHA), Healthcare Photographers Association of China and Architects of Chinese Architectural Society.

Hospital Build China Exhibition & Congress, organized by IIR China will be hold in Beijing International Convention Center, 19~21 May, 2012. Up to the latest update, the booth sale has already exceeded 80% of the total exhibition area.

The year of 2011 is the beginning of China's Twelfth Five-year Plan. China has invested a lot in furthering the improvements in economy and the reform of Chinese medical and health service. Therefore, hospitals in China are all on the highway of development. Following with the public touring lecture of experts in Jilin, the “Hospital Build China Exhibition & Congress” inter-provincial lecture tour events, organized IIR Exhibitions UK and Chinese National Institute of Hospital Administration, held in Nanjing again.

Therefore, according to the energy efficiency, safety, Digitization, intelligent, information and sustainability requirements of the future hospital construction, the building material needs to meet the medical use of functions as its first priority. Hospital Build China Exhibition & Congress 2011 and the 12^th China Hospital Construction Forum were held in Beijing International Conference Center in April, 2011. This event organizer, aiming to build a most professional and practical platform for hospitals, enterprises and contractors, has gained high reputation and trust in the industry.

The show retains the two pavilions of last edition—‘Antibacterial Section’ and ‘Smart Building Section’ and created the other two hot themes zone—‘Building Materials Section’ and ‘Air Condition & Refrigeration Section’.

Hospital Build China 2011 & the 12th Chinese Hospital Construction Forum ended very successfully on 26th April 2011 at Beijing International Convention Center.

After signing the cooperation agreement with IIR Exhibitions, UKTI has become the international supporter for IIR Exhibitions. On Jan 31 2011, both sides have a video conference with UK based companies and experts within construction field in London. The success of this conference means the good beginning for the two parties, and makes more and more UK companies know about HBC event details and the current situation and development trends of Chinese hospital construction.

On Dec 3rd 2010, Chinese government issued “Opinion on further encouraging and guiding social capital to invest in healthcare institutions”. The opinion indicates that the government will relax access restrictions on social capital to invest in healthcare institutions.

According to the statistics reported by IIR CHINA, 80% exhibition spaces have sold out, which proves Hospital Build China’s predominant position in the industry. Nowadays, the event organization will enter into the stage of visitor promotion.

The 11th China Hospital Construction Forum (CHCF) has been held successfully in Taihuwan Jinling Hotel Changzhou. There are more than 600 delegates and guests participated in. Most of them are the CEOs and decision-makers from hospitals and infrastructure construction departments with requirements of hospital build, reconstruction and expansion.

The second Hospital Build Middle East Exhibition and Congress have been held successfully. His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman of Dubai Airports and Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group presided over the opening ceremony of the second Hospital Build Middle East Exhibition and Congress.
